Our Portsmouth VA OCR Chapter had a blast putting together gorgeous spring baskets and selling raffle tickets to support the Tunnel to Towers Project, championed by our friends in the Children of the Confederacy!

🎟️ The raffle drawing was held on April 30th 💐 A lucky winner took home the baskets. And we proudly delivered a donation check to help boost their Tunnel to Towers contribution!

We’re thrilled to play a part in such an important cause — and we’re already excited for the next project. The Dixie Belles love serving our community with heart, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun! 💖✨

The Virginia Order of Confederate Rose (OCR) was established and chartered in 2005. We are a historical, educational, and non‑profit organization, and one of fourteen states in the United States with active OCR chapters.

Founded in honor of Confederate spy Rose O’Neal Greenhow—for whom the organization was originally named in 1993—the OCR is dedicated to preserving and supporting Confederate history.

Our members assist Confederate‑related groups by attending and participating in memorial services, supporting fundraising efforts, and volunteering at banquets and other events that honor and educate about the Confederate heritage.
